2012 Livestock Forms




Check Presentation - 2012
The Lake City Medical Center presents checks in the
amount of$1,543 each to Columbia County Resources
and the American Cancer Society. Funds were raised from
the sale of Pink Flamingo's to be used for the
Tough Enough to Wear Pink Crisis Fund and for
American Cancer Society research.
