Breast Cancer Awareness Forum

The 3rd Annual Tough Enough to Wear Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Forum , presented by Lake City Medical Center, North Florida Cancer Center and Columbia County Resources will be held Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at 12:00 Noon. Dr. Cherylle Hayes of North Florida Cancer Center will be speaking on "Breast Cancer: I Need my Hormones!" Location will be at the Columbia County Fairgrounds, Banquet Hall, 438 SW SR 247 Lake City. Admission is FREE. There is limited seating; reservations are required - call 1-800-525-3248 no later than September 30th. For additional information, please call 752-8822.
